Lars Tunebo likes to let exotic animals appear in unexpected, familiar city environments for a contrast between nature and city. There are many layers and breaks and a mixture of analog and digital techniques in a Lars Tunebo image. In this image, a pink ostrich strolls against a sky blue background and with the well-known Flatiron Builing in New York as a background. The scratched layers in the work create a wonderful depth in the print and a vintage feeling in the motif that is reminiscent of a classic photograph.

The image series with animals in well-known city environments is created with a basis of photo collage and digitally processed images that are finally printed with a pigment print. The edition is 200 copies, signed by the artist and numbered.
